Faulty

Purchased this jump starter & power bank two weeks ago, and it doesn't charge or even turn on. I've contacted the business advising of the product being faulty, and haven't recieved a reply to rectify the issue.

It Does what it says it will

purchased the Rooboost 1500 because I have many batteries that always seem to need a charge or kick-start. I have three cars (I don't need them, as I'm retired, but I already own them), as well as a small boat and a handicap scooter. One of them seems to need a charge, at the worst time. One morning, my 2002 Ford Explorer battery was dead, probably from lack of use. I needed to take it out for the day, so I grabbed the RB-1500. I plugged it into my USB charger and in about 15 minutes, it was ready to go. I connected it to the car battery, started the car and BOOM! it cranked like it was brand new. It was much easier than dragging out my jumper cables and connecting them from another one of my cars. It's a very handy thing for anyone with a car to have. I wholly recommended getting it before you need it
