No Adaptor included

Have just received RB-TL80, however there is no adaptor included. I queried if included via email prior to purchase though did not receive a response. Reference to the adaptor not being included should be mentioned on the website along with the possible option to purchase. I live in a rural area so will not be able to use the product until I obtain an adaptor.

Could not extend warranty to 2 years as advertised. Emails ignored re this issue!

Purchased the RooBoost tyre inflator (RB-TL80) from RooBoost. Stated that if you register product within 14 days of purchase then warranty would be extended to 2 years. Go to warranty rego site and this is not possible as there is no option for the tyre inflator registration. A few emails later re the issue and still no contact from them. So the 14 days is up and I haven't been able to register the product so I will try to return it (good luck with that I reckon). Very poor follow up service and not good enough.
